The Incubation Centre exists to change that. It is not an accelerator. It is a small cohort of founders working together, under serious mentorship, on the questions that the rest of the ecosystem keeps leaving for later.

The inaugural cohort is intentionally small. We are looking for founders past the earliest validation phase, with companies of consequence already underway, who want to be formed alongside their company — not after it.
The programme combines residential intensives with monthly cohort sessions and one-to-one mentorship from senior founders and operators. Detailed structure will be published with the public launch.
